Do you use LED lights?
Yes! All of our lights are high quality, UL Standard, commercial-grade LEDs.
What color are the LED lights?
They are a warm white so they look just like traditional incandescent lights for a nostalgic look. We also offer red, blue, yellow, green and multi-colored LED lights.
Do you install life-like wreaths and garland with lights?
Yes, we own a wide selection of LED pre-lit wreaths and garland. We provide and install the same beautiful decor as seen in high-end catalogues.
Do I rent the decorations from you?
We rent our holiday lighting decor to you so you do not need to buy it! Once the season is over, we come out and remove it for you! No need to worry about purchase fees or storage.
Do you decorate trees of any size?
We decorate trees that are up to 22 feet high.
Will you install my holiday decor?
No. We install and maintain our lighting and decor on your home for free and guarantee excellent service for the entire holiday season.
Do I have to be home when you install my lights?
No. Just leave the work to us! We use automatic timers and outdoor power sources, so you do nothing but enjoy the beautiful décor.
My lighting and decor is installed, now what?
To turn your display on before Thanksgiving, simply plug the extension cord into the timer(s) and enjoy your lights! My team of installers and technicians visit each home the days following Thanksgiving to plug in the displays in order to ensure that all installations are working properly and that the automatic timers are synchronized.
What should I do if a string of lights goes out?
When do you remove the holiday lighting and decor?
We begin the removal process promptly on January 2nd. Simply unplug your timer(s) once you no longer wish for the lights to turn on. We have all lights down by the end of February.
What if I want specific dates for install and/or removal?
We are happy to accommodate you! Custom install and/or removal dates can be scheduled through our office for an additional fee.
What about safety and quality control?
We adhere to strict UL standards. All decor and supplies are inspected and approved prior to installation.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have full liability coverage. The safety of your home and our crew is our priority.
Does our down payment secure our install date?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your holiday decor installation date. We accept online (ACH) payment via your bank or checks. Your final balance is due Dec 20th.
