Q. How does your service work?
A. We begin the removal process promptly on January 2nd. Simply unplug your timer(s) from your outlets once you no longer wish for the lights to turn on. All lights are removed by February. Let us know if you prefer to enjoy them longer.
Q. Are the wreaths and garland lit through out the season?
A. Yes, we install lifelike, commercial grade greenery (with LED warm white lights) that is custom made for Light Up Your Holidays and cannot be found in retail stores. Our decor looks lovely on your home even during the day!
Q. Will you help me design my home?
A. We provide you with custom design options and pricing during our Virtual Design Consultation. Our design process was created for busy parents and professionals who want a beautifully decorated home and reliable service without the hassle.

A. Yes! Most likely. We decorate as far North as Lake Forest. South to Hinsdale and Oakbrook and West as Naperville.
Q. What should I do if my lights go out?
A. Text a photo of the issue to 847-860-7125 and our service technicians will take care of you swiftly.
Q. Do I have to be home when you install my lights?
A. No. Just leave the work to us! We use automatic timers and outdoor power sources, so you can enjoy the beautiful décor.
